“As first-time home builders, we were a bit nervous about the whole process, but the team made everything so easy and enjoyable from start to finish.”

“We couldn’t speak highly enough of MH Construction. Nothing was ever a problem, and everything was done to a really high standard.

Martin & team took all the pressure off, communicated clearly at every stage, and delivered an amazing result that we’re absolutely thrilled with. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our project really stood out.

A huge thank you to Martin, Sarah, Elaine, and all the lads on site for making our dream home a reality — we couldn’t recommend MH Construction more highly!”

“We are extremely happy with the high quality of workmen ship and the finished project has exceeded our expectations.”

“We completely renovated our 1970’s bungalow between April- October 2017 and would not hesitate to recommend MH Construction. From the initial contact with Martin and Sarah and through out the entire progress we found Martin and his team to be very professional and easy to work with. They were always on time each day and even worked Bank Holidays. Martin was accurate on his initial assessment of the scale, timing and cost of our project. Due to changes in our requirements the final cost did increase marginally, however, Martin communicated very well and offered us options and advice through out the build. We are extremely happy with the high quality of workmen ship and the finished project has exceeded our expectations. We are happy in our new home. Many Thanks.”

“All of the contractors were very professional and completed their work with high standard.”

“A huge thanks to Martin and his team from MH Construction. Our house started in July and we moved in a few weeks ago, 9 months from green field to finished product, Martin was a gentleman to deal with from start to finish and catered for all our individual budget. He is extremely easy to deal with and a very professional tradesman. All of the contractors were very professional and completed their work with high standard. I would have no issue recommending Martin Hartnett and MH Construction to anyone building or renovating. A massive thanks again to Martin, Sarah, Joanne, Lar, Brian and Jonathan”

“We got the work done on budget and on time and we believe this was largely due to picking the right builder.”

“When we were planning our extension we were asking our extended family and friends who they would recommend. MH Construction was the name that kept coming back to us. From our first meeting with Martin we knew we had found the builder we were looking for. What I think impressed us most was how much of his own time he gave us and his attention to detail. He was always there and could not have been more helpful in guiding us through the process. We are really delighted with the end result. We got the work done on budget and on time and we believe this was largely due to picking the right builder. We would very highly recommend MH Construction.”

“The finished product is owing to the complete professionalism of Martin and his team.”

“MH Construction is simply the most professional building company I have ever encountered. From the outset, Martin listened to what we wanted as we were about to engage in the large task of developing our bar and lounge. Martin understood our trade and knew precisely what was required, he managed to keep us trading at all times and was totally understanding of the difficulties that we faced. Early starting hours and late finishing times, were for Martin and his team simply the necessities for getting the job done, his team are simply sensational and nothing was a problem. The finished product is owing to the complete professionalism of Martin and his team. Thorough, understanding, professional are only some of the attributes that best describe Martin. We cannot thank him enough. If you are embarking on any project regardless of whether its big or small, then MH Construction is simply a must!”

“The work is done to a high quality standard within budget and within agreed timeframes.”

“I’ve worked with Martin Hartnett on a number of building projects over the recent past and I’d strongly recommend him to anybody considering an extension, renovation or new build. The work is done to a high quality standard within budget and within agreed timeframes. I like the personal involvement Martin gives to the project, his attention to detail, as well as his advice and input on aspects of the project where he feels it is appropriate. Another point which I think is very important is the post project service and follow up he provides to ensure there are no issues or problems post completion of the job and if there are he deals with same promptly. Overall I would rate him very highly in delivering high customer satisfaction.”
